Patrick Craft - Service Manager:

Started in the car business over 20 years ago. He began his career in a small garage where he started to craft his trade. He then carried that into the Miliarty for which he served over 10 years of active service, he was repsonsible for the mission success of all vehicle maintence under his leadership. Patrick attended Barton Community College where he worked towards a degree in Automotive Technology. Patrick has been with Tri-City Chevrolet GMC for over 5 years buidling close relationships with customers and the community in all surrounding areas so they feel welcomed and know that they are getting treated the right way when bringing their vehicle to our dealership.

Zachary Vincent - Lead Technician:

Zach has been in the automotive field since July of 2022, all at Tri-City Chevrolet GMC. Before working in the automotive field, he worked for several years at a fleet repairing class 8 concrete trucks. He went to Guilford Technical Community College and graduated with a diploma and certificate in their heavy duty diesel program. Outside of the dealership He is a volunteer pastor at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Eden. As a Christian he believes in doing honest work with the highest quality every time. "My goal as a technician, besides always doing quality work, is to become a General Motors world class technician. I love waking up and coming to work everyday. It is a joy for me to help people by fixing their vehicles."

Shaundrel Hairston - Service Advisor:

Shaun has been in the automotive industry for roughly four years, starting as a detailer at Danville Honda where he saw the ins and outs of not only detailing vehicles, but also learning sales, management , body shop, auto shop, and service advising. After a year at Honda Shaun wanted to work close to home (In Eden) which Tri City Chevy GMC at the time was offering a role as a serivce advisor, with already having customer serivce experience at Danvile Honda and also other jobs, the service advsior role was a been a great match. Shaun believes in this industy the only way to have success is to make the customer happy with there vehicle being fixed right the first time everytime!
